My experience shopping at KMJ Enterprises has to be the overall worst experience in my life as far as shopping goes. This very simple online purchase from the KMJPERFORMANCE Ebay Store turned into a nightmare, with no end in sight. I ordered a performance distributor from them on a Sunday. The Ebay site says items ship within 2 days of cleared payment, but the KMJ Performance website says they "check orders every 3 hours" and ship same day. They use FedEx. So, being the logical thinker I try to be, I ordered and paid on Sunday, figuring that even if it shipped by Tuesday, I would have it Fri-Sat. So I planned on doing the install the following weekend. 3 days pass and I have not had any communication from them at all. No order confirmation, no shipping / tracking info, etc. Nothing. So, on that third day, I send them an email first thing in the morning. NO RESPONSE to that email the entire day. So, that night, I send a second email. No response at all even by lunch the next day. So, I call. Nobody answers. Voicemail message left No return call. So in a few hours I call back and get this VERY rude individual on the phone. He says he will get with the "shipping dept" and find out what's going on. Guess what? No return call. Now, I've had enough. I send a few scathing emails and leave a very straightforward message. Amazing! I now get another rude individual on the phone who starts making excuses. "We asked our CA Warehouse to ship that directly to you"...yada yada yada..".Let me check on that"...yada yada yada..."Our CA Warehouse is putting your order on the FedEx truck today"... You should have it in 2-3 days"...(So much for my weekend install plans). In 4 more days I get it from FedEx. Guess what?? It didn't come from CA!! Now I'm HOT as I hate being lied to. The FedEx label, and the tracking information BOTH proved it originated in IOWA!! Then, I open the box, and guess what? The WRONG ITEM! Not what I ordered!! I call in and email....Guess what? No return email, or phone call even as of the writing of this report, 1 full day now! So, I filed the Ebay NEGATIVE feedback, and opened the PayPal claim. But still, 10 days later, I still don't have what I need and my project truck is still sitting there with the old distributor out of it. BUYER BEWARE!
