Charged $120 for two room and two halls. I explained the to sales rep that it is a great room, and the that "halls" are just a two feet entry to bedroom and bathroom. The person who was supposed to come between 8:00am & 10:00am couldn't come because of equipment failure. So the new person they sent out being here 45 minutes late. Then he told me that the Kiwi does not move furniture like couches, sofas, etc. I was told by the sales rep, that YES they do move furniture that includes sofa's, couches and end tables, etc. The sofa and loveseat where not moved. The chair was put on the love seat. They did not remove the dining table either. So what I got cleaned was just the carpet what was not covered buy the furniture. The tech also pointed out that the heavily stained/dirty traffic areas are a combo of oil and dirt caused by bare feet and shoes. So though those areas will be a little cleaner, they won't be the color of the rest of the non traffic areas. He was did the cleaning in 15 minutes. So in actuality I was charged $120 for 15 minutes of actual cleaning. I plan on writing to the corporate offices - would like to email them, but of course there is no email, phone number. You have to call the branch office that is in your area. Talked to customer service on live chat, and she ended up telling me that a manager would call me...
