Website Innovations, LLC Five Star Commerce LLC Credit Card Machine SCAM!!! Beware!!!! Legal in Arizona. Taken thousands from elderly and mid aged peo

I've thoroughly researched and investigated this 'so called' company. They have changed their name, phone numbers, etc. However, the physical address is always the same. They have taken over $6,000 from my elderly father before I stepped in intercepting and reporting fraudulent activity on his credit card. The 'sales' person calls, sugar coating and guarantee's that you can receive 70% of each machine sold by giving them names of businesses in your area as leads in order to sell them credit card swiping machines. He'll then carry on stating he's the deacon of his church, has run a lucrative business for over 40 yrs., having retired by joining this lead scheme. Thankfully, I've reported this to my father's credit cards company and they've now turned it over to their fraud department. However, once they get a hold of your card or checking acct. number they will then change their name, cancel current phone numbers and re-enter your information, hence charging and calling you again and again. Also, while searching their physical address, Google map shows it as a Subway Sandwich Store! Be warned they will also use common names, i.e. Robert Martin, George Swan, Debbie Lewis. Do NOT be tricked or fooled as these people are slick tongued, well read, and highly trained in swaying people into agreeing with their scam. Never sign anything out of the Arizona that you do not know is legal (seek your attorney's advice). I've learned that Arizona is one of handful of states that this is actually legal in. They will also fax you what looks like legal documentation, asking it be faxed back, as well as a Terms of Use Policy (including the clause if they are reported you terminate your agreement resulting in immediate suspension without refund) and W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number Form. PLEASE report any actions by this company and or their calls and mostly NEVER give them any form of financial account information whatsoever. I am a paralegal and have also verified this with the BBB of Arizona.

This person uses fake names to post fake reports along with websites like this to do them because they do not check out anything whatsoever:

AUTHOR: FAKE COMPLAINTS FOR - (USA)

SUBMITTED: Monday, December 26, 2011
I've thoroughly researched and investigated Website Innovations and have found them to be the real victims in this so called scam from bigragu61 (user who post the fake complaint's.)

HERE IS THE PROOF:
Website Innovations HAS NOT changed their number it has been the same one they opened their doors with ( Call 1-800-781-4840 for proof and see yourself that it works.) phone is not disconnected or changed!!!

PROOF 1
They have NOT taken over $6, 000 from bigragu61's elderly father because bigragu61 or her father are not customer's of Website Innovations (bigragu posts fake complaints in attempts to extort money to clear business name that is why she is motivated to post fake complaints because she is a scam.)

PROOF 2
Website Innovations is not in the business or has ever been in the business of selling merchant accounts or processing machines. If you are a client of Website Innovations look at what you ordered and ask yourself did anybody try to sell you a credit card biz the answer is a big fat NO!!!

PROOF 3
Obviously clients that have come into the office or have conducted business KNOW they are not sending their paperwork to subway shop real clients would know this because we wouldn't receive their mail... I guess subaway would right?)

PROOF 4
As far as the common names of people that were mentioned, i.e. Robert Martin, George Swan, Debbie Lewis have never been employed by Website Innovations and because we are a real legitimate company we don't use aliases or fake names that is against the law.

PROOF 5
It is true the only real slick tongued, well read, and highly trained in swaying people into agreeing with their scam is bigragu61. Coming up with the all the lies just to try to extort money from the company Website Innovations llc to clear their name and retract the statement so don't be fooled!

PROOF 6
As far as bigragu61 claiming she is a paralegal and have also verified this with the BBB of Arizona is false. As a matter of fact that is why her report is here and not there. The BBB does verify if you have ordered anything from a company and since her or her fake father story have NOT that is why you are reading it here at rip off report. they don't verify anything you can post post post and it isn't looked into.

Do to other's as you would want done to yourself!!! 2 wrongs don't make a right. Communicate with the company and give them a fair shot to addressing any concerns you might have rather then jumping to conclusions based off of random fake people online.
