I purchased a Karat rolling mill that he claims he has made better and improved from the basic identical karat rolling mill from India that others sell on ebay and online for a lot less... it seems it is the same rolling mill that is sold by others that comes from India when ya look closer, and the others are alot less money for the same rolling mill.. Kenneth said that these rolling mills can be used up to 4mm wire... not so... i used 3.5mm, and the rolling mill rollers simply crumbled at one end of both roller when running mill... they were hard to turn even with small increments of tension as i told him from beginning ...i told this to him as soon as i bought it and used it... rollers were hard to turn! much harder than they were suppose to turn... both rollers, top and bottom crumbled on the right ends.. they just crumbled! BOTH ROLLER ENDS! can't use the rolling mill...! Have not been able to use the new rolling mill for months now, since Kenneth Singh has been dragging his feet, and tried to convince me the gears were the problem, instead of CRUMBLED rollers! WHAT CHEAP METAL! WHAT PIECE OF JUNK THE ROLLERS ARE! it has been 3 months now that i cannot get an answer from Singh about the crumbled rollers... no help for the real problem, crumbled rollers! i have sent him several emails about wanting to BUY REPLACEMENT ROLLERS FROM HIM, to which he has not responded... he has left me HIGH AND DRY... i sent him SEVERAL PHOTOS of the crumbled roller ends... i sent him the crumbled pieces of metal from the crumbled ends and asked him what these pices of slivered, crumbled chunks of metal were and why the rollers had crumbled... at first i thought that the metal slivers were from the gears... so i sent him the actual gears AND the crumbled pieces of metal in the same package asking him what the slivers, and gobs of metal chunks were... instead of being straight forward with me and telling me right off the that that the slivers and chunks of metal were not from the gears, that they were actually from crumbling metal rollers, he sent me some gears, why gears? He could see the gears I sent him were perfectly fine! my original gears were perfectly fine! He could see the chunks of broken metal were not from the GEARS!!!! ... My mill needed new rollers NOT GEARS! What was he trying to pull? the rollers needed to be replaced... not the gears.. i emailed him that after looking closer and having a machine guy look at the gears and the photos of the crumbled roller ends, he confirmed that the rollers were what crumbled and not the gears... I wanted to BUY replacement rollers from Kenneth Singh ASAP.. and after 32 emails to him, still no answer... and i know the emails were getting to him, as they ALL GOT TO HIM, several of them, when i was emailing him to make arrangements to buy the rolling mill in the first place....

Update: I caught him on his cell phone by surprise last week, and he promised, he gave me his word, that he would take care of this matter immediately... sent an email to him asap to confirm and follow up on our telephone conversation and his promise to get this fixed... didn't hear from him... i sent him 3 more emails, and of course as of yet NO RESPONSE!.. IMO, he is trying to squirm out of this with no resolution as he originally promised, no help from Kenneth just empty words, no product parts for the Karat rolling mills are availbel from him for that he origianlly claimed was such a fantastic mill, and that is why, he told me, that it costs more to buy from him than other identical mills on ebay that others sell... He is there for support and parts, he has told me... Other KARAT rolling mills on ebay are identical to his... I saw a new Karat rolling mill bought by another jeweler, and for 1/2 the cost of Singh's karat, it seemed cheaper mill was identical to Singh's KARAT rolling mill... rolling mills are a big investment, and i would never had purchased one and paid more than other KArat mills out on Ebay, without being convinced and promised of claims of support and parts and resolution that would be given to me once the rolling mill is purchased from Kenneth Singh. I paid extra because I was promised product support and part availability... When my rollers just crumbled, I wanted to BUY the rollers i needed from Kenneth... I was not looking for a free set of rollers or anything... still i cannot get any answer from him... i ordered a texture roller from him months back, after he gave me a price for them... I orderd it from him, i sent him my credit card info, etc... not a word from him on the ordered roller... i emailed him several several times asking where my texture roller was... not even a courtesty reply... how rude and totally unprofessional! not even a quick email to tell me what was going on... NADA... he just disappeared into limbo...... IMO I feel that Kenneth Singh has totally ripped me off, and i see now he has not told the truth to me as you can see from my story...... I see now he promised me what i needed to hear to make the sale from HIM of the Karat rolling mill... with no help from Kenneth Singh when his mill fell apart, I see that other KARAT rolling mill vendors offer parts and support and are availble for help, unlike Kenneth Singh CLAIMS to be at 46 Jewelry Supply on Ebay or Ring Tools..., contrary to all his promises to me before the purchase... once the purchase was completed, and as soon as the complaint time for ebay was over... he disappeared into the woodwork, with not even the courtesy to email me to tell me what was going on, what can and cannot be done, that he does not have any replacement rollers for the KARAT ROLLING MILL, etc... ...... BUYER just BEWARE of KENNETH SINGH, 46 Jewelry Supply and Ring Tools and his EBAY store... Kenneth Singh has sold me a rolling mill that has no replacement rollers available from him when his rollers crumble into slivers and chunks from normal pressure... the rollers being made of such junk metal that they just CRUMBLE for me with minimal rolling! IMO he sold me a piece of what I consider junk! KENNETH SINGH is a dissapointing source! He did not tell me the truth, spilling empty words in order to make the sale, promising and giving me his word to follow this up and resolve this problem... since i still have not heard from him as he promised over the phone to resolve this matter, i can only deduct that his words mean nothing... nothing but lies.
