So my experiences with Ken Garff starte a while ago, my wife and I hade a ram truck before trading it in I done alot of researce they proclaimed that they could give us 14,000 for our trade to get us in they really didnt, we found a vehicle we liked I gave them my credit over the phone, we were on our way down there to look at a vehicle they told us we were approved for excited we get there to be told that the vihicle we went to get was not even there on the lot that it had been sold. The sales man promised that they would find something affordable and in our likings that we could take home that night. They showed us a beat up dodge dakota that had dents all over smashed bumper bald tires, they tried telling us thats all we were approved for they ended up strongarming us into taking that truck home. Well needless to say once we got it home we started having major problems with it . My wife called and spoke to managers about all this they said the wouldnt be able to fix it. They fought us for a week untill my wife called corprete they were suppose to have someone call her back, never happend. My wife was driving the truck one day it started raining the windsheild was leaking all over my wife was soaked. She drove it to ken garff and demanded something be done they agreed to fix the windsheild but not untill they walked out to inspect the vehicle. The bank windeded up not loaning on the truck that was the only thing that saved us.. So after the bank wouldnt loan ken garff was adaminr to get us back in there they begged us to return they swoore they would get us into something better and cheaper, they ended up putting us into the same exact ram that we allready had same color and everything we had power windows and locks on our other one and the one they put us in had no power windows or locks and the payment was higher to boot. We faught with everyone at the.dealership as well as corprete yeg again nothing was done. My wife took the truck back told the fianance guy we didnt want it well due to the fact thsy they sold my trade in allready before they even got me financed for mine they expected my wife and I to pay 5,000 to give the truck back, eventhough they also broke their contract with us by not notifing us they couldnt get us approved for the loan in the time allated in the contract. My wife called the general manager anrvspoke to him she told him we would go to the better buissness beauru his exact words was if you feel you need to go ahead. Ken garff called us a few days later and told us they had a perfect car they could get us into yet again cheaper and big enough for our kids into it. My bank told me I could get a loan that would be 200.00 a month. but yet ken garff got me approaved for 20,000 how they did that I dont know but I do know is they are not trustworthy they constantly keep lying to their customers, no sooner when we got the car half home the brakes went out, that was like pulling teeth to get anything done. This car we have now has been costing us so much money we cant even live let alone care for our three kids. We even had put 1750.00 ,down they said quote"it will lower your payment every month. What a joke that was now were so upside down its not even funny. And yet again noone cares we just dont know what to do. But we want everyone to know what a joke ken garff is who they really are and how they pack their pockets with my familys lives. They knew we were in need of help they made it seem like they were realy there to help but instead they are helping themselves to is our childrens only means of living.
