A warning to retailers about dealing with Ken Billehus of Buckeye AZ, ([email protected]). Ken Billehus, in our case and in our opinion, has taken an innocent, simple, easily explainable and trivial occurance, embellished it mercilously in a very damaging, damning, derogatorry, personal and downright mean way and posted it on the internet after two undelevered emails were not responded to.

Misdirected or lost emails are not an uncommon occurance. Most people know and understand that and will attempt other means of communication before resorting to doing irrevocable damage to a person or their livelihood or stooping to making derogatorry personally insulting comments publiclly about a person they are mad at yet have had no personal experience to validate their mean spirited personal comments. Ken Billehus is not one of these people.

The potential damages from such actions are nearly incalculableand and, IMHO, not worth the risk of dealing with such people.

Ken Billehus, when originally ordering, attempted to receive free shipping by claiming to be in the Armed Forces (since we ship free to all Military personel). Seldom do we have customers resort to such tactics to save a few dollars wrongfully but it does happen with certain types.

If you are a retailer this is a heads up from another retailer to consider as you see fit.
