The message on my account page says that the ACH Deposit HAS BEEN RECEIVED but has not been deposited? The first deposit date of the State of Ohio release date was 02/04/2011 listed on 01/31/11. Today, the ACH Deposit release is listed as 02/02/2011? The dates have been switched? This is to let me think that I am covered for my deposits. I made a late deposit due to the weather. Now I have another negative and cannot get out to the bank due to weather. I am handicapped and cannot walk on the ice. The one 32.00 that should not have been taken made a domino effects for the others. Anyone that has chose opted out for debit card protection is targeted. Someone is sitting there switching the debit cards and checks transactions around like a video game to get a hit of 32.00. I sat online while talking to a customer rep last year and told her that I am going out to the ATM to cover my negative balance. Once I told her that, she processed the pending ACHS debits in front of my face. I ask her what did she just do? She said nothing, the transactions just paid on their own. The transactions had pending dates for the next day. That is why I know that they can hold an ACH deposits(fishing) to create a possible NSFS. They will push a debit or check through immediately. But Deposits are held for days in hopes to hit NSFS charges.

They are holding my ACH Deposit to allow other transactions to be paid so that once it is deposit Kemba gets to keep the whole check. Banks now rob people and will not go to jail for it. I saw it done with my own eyes. I worked for banks for 27 years and have not seen this before. I have been with this bank since about 1990 because I trusted Kemba. Because of the horror stories about people who opted out, I heard that other banks are also cheating people. There is no where to go because it is allowed. Kemba is playing XBOX games to get NSFS on my account.
