scam artists. Funny part is Nick tried to tell me people are all the time trying to rip him off. He also told me after being shut down his company is just now getting back up so he wouldn't have my records and that my shipment basically couldn't have existed. I sent $40 for a product I didn't receive. Hope he doesn't get a chance to do it to others! |

My name is Nick Cooper and I'm with JWHOutlet.com . Sir, can you please provide your customer ID so I can check on your order? Off hand I promise you we're not here to take your money. Matter a fact our orders are minumum $70 SHIPPED, so your $40 order I can't seem to even locate. Do you have records that JWHOutlet charged you? If that's the case I'LL BE MORE THEN HAPPY TO ISSUE A FULL REFUND.
With that being said, can you provide some information to as who you are? Such as your order number or your invoice? Do you have proof that you were charged $40? Was it a Money Order, was it a credit card? Was it a western union? Did you perhaps cancel your order before we had the chance to ship it out and now you're taking an uncessary shot at us without contacting US first so we can REFUND YOUR MONEY and RESOLVE THIS ISSUE?
Yes Sir, If I run such an organization as you stated, I wouldn't be taking the time to do all this, heck all over $40? Our minimum order is $70, please explain that?

He won't return calls or e mails. I ordered from him personally over the phone with a card and yes I can prove it and yes I do have the bill. However I'm not sure what's going on because my first order was messed up and I never got it. Made one call and 2 days later its here. All taken care of. Now no answer to anything. Says he's going to fed ex now so he can give tracking numbers. But nothin. Hope I hear from nick soon tho. |

He's lying, I'm having the same issue. All the customer comments on their site, are made up by the company. I sent them money, and never heard from them again. I've called several times and left messages, nothing in return. They just take your money, Please don't get ripped off like I did. |

The first time I ordered from him it was good service a little slow but good service, any time I called he answered no issues, he answered all of my questions without fail all round good service. With that being said I placed an order for $170 Friday to be delivered overnight because I didn't want to wait 5 or 6 days again. It is no early Wednesday morning still no shipment, I have left three phone messages and even emails with no reply. Thank goodness I planned on paying COD this time, only bad part is I know have a $173 money order that I filled out to the company. I'm positive I can get the money back but I can never get back the fee for buying the order or the 5 days I have wasted waiting for a package that is still listed as pending by the website. |

What a drag, I also got ripped off from this person -- First order came pretty fast, 4 business days for AM2201, good product too... 2nd order never came at all... lost $80... emailed them 4x and aleady pissed by first email bec i saw the ripoff reports before i ordered but most looked like they were resolved. If i saw this page before i'd have never ordered from this guy. If he can't keep up w/ business, he should let you know, or just get back to you. Never once, not ever once, i am guessing it's hard keeping up w/ business buth e's cramping my business by not providing product for the money and now i'm out $80! Look at how much alone in the last few comments this guy has taken... do not do business w/ them. |

i guess some internal shit went wrong i had a problem with the jars being closed...lost 5 grams product...this is the response...

this is nancyanny - the JWH-Outlet guy worked it out w/ me, explained what happened and was very prof in how he handled working it out w/ me, actually v generously handled the order. Please be patient, he is trying to might it right. |

placed an order about 2 weeks ago and never received a tracking number. When my friend and I tried to contact the site they told us they had no record of purchase although the charge did show up on the credit card. I would not recommend anybody trust this site!! |

My first experience with JWHOutlet was a $280 Order (#5327) placed on 11/5/11 and Nikki provided exceptional customer service over the phone. The second Order (#5736) was made on Friday 18 November, 2011. $305 was charged to my Visa Check card and a shipping label was created on 11/18/11. When I called FedEx they claimed that the label was made but they never received the parcel from the vendor. I called JWHOutlet and left a voice-mail & I sent an email. On 11/22/11 their website went offline with no means to resolve this issue! Their phone lines are disconnected and I am unable reach their email support. They should resolve unfinished orders especially if they collect payment. How can JWHoutlet scam poor customers who cant afford the losses? Can someone from this vendor contact me regarding my hard earned $305. If you are unable to send my product then at least refund my order even if you must include a restocking fee! |
