I purchased 2 advertising campaigns from www.WebMediaMarketing.net for 2 separate websites on 12th February 2011. Each campaign was for 20 paid referrals/customers at a cost of $269 per campaign ($538 total). I made the payment via paypal (ID: 3N014147JF685554E) to Justin Mattarocchia. By accepting my orders www.WebMediaMarketing.net were agreeing to provide 20 paying customers to each website within 190 days as per their terms. Before I placed the order I contacted them to confirm that my websites and products/services would be suitable and that they could fulfill an order. They confirmed that they could. My campaigns did not begin until March 15th 2011 as there was a delay in getting them started. This was due to the campaigns being set up at their new website www.MyAdvertisingOnline.com. It is now 221 (21st October) days since my campaigns began and they have only provided 1 paying customers to one website and none to the other! That is only 1 out of 40 ordered! I asked for a refund as soon as my campaigns had been running for 190 days feeling confident that they would have to refund my money, after all they had only provided 1 paying customer from their advertising in over six months! Not what anyone could term as good value for $538.00, especially as that one sale only generated $49.95! However having asked for a refund several times over the last month or so, I have been all but ignored! I have sent at least 8 emails to 3 separate address's (sales, support etc) and received only a single, one sentence, reply! It stated "We will address this this week" and was received 10 days ago. I have heard nothing since. Sadly this is not a huge surprise as their communications with me have been appalling throughout. I would very much welcome a reply from JustinMattarocchia or anyone from WebMediaMarketing.net or MyAdvertisingOnline.com. |
