These guys are crooks. Read all the other reports, they say exactly the same story as mine. I ordered 5 shocks on 4/2/11. The website says will ship in 2-7 business days. By 4/21/11, I still hadn't received the first email from them, or any tracking numbers. On their website, my order just says Pending. I waited until after their worst case scenario shipping times had long passed before emailing them. When I emailed them, here's the response I got: Thanks for your order! We just spoke with Monroe about your order, and they apologized for the delays in processing it. Everything is ok with your order, and Monroe is working double shifts all weekend to catch up. We will email the tracking number to you the moment it departs. Yeah, right. It's all Monroe's fault you didn't have it in stock like you led me to believe. And I'm real sure Monroe is working double shifts all weekend just to make some Toyota pickup truck shocks for me, because they're so out of Toyota pickup truck shocks. I found it an insult to my intelligence that they think I bought that answer. And everything is NOT OK. You took my money and didn't ship my order. When I checked on the internet, I found this site and lots of other people with the exact same story. Then on 4/21 I called and talked to Luke Hamby. I asked him where my order was. He asked to put me on hold and then never came back. The automatic hold system finally put me back to the operator, but she didn't answer either, so it just went to voicemail. I hung up and called back, and voicemail again. Obviously, this company is dodging people who complain, hoping they just give up I guess. I did give up. I gave up on any hope this company would do the right thing in any way. I called up my credit card company and asked them to do a chargeback, and I encourage everyone who has a problem with them to do the same thing. I intend to also complain to the BBB and to let the Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs in their state know of their scam. And I really love their lame responses to other customers on here. They try to sound so straightforward. Hey Just Suspension, a blind man can read this situation. YOU'RE A CROOK. |

I ordered struts and shocks for my truck. They opened one of the strut boxes and packed the rear shocks in the same box without packing material. When I received the order, the spring perches on the struts bashed in the sides of the shocks. Now Im getting the runaround AND Flat Out Lies from the KYB/JustSus customer service "Air Heads" everyones talking about. Last week they told me my new shocks were to be shipped next day. Now this week they tell me they are in a dispute with Fedex. FOR WHAT ?
Fedex didnt pack the box. Now I'm waiting for their dispute?
I called today to cancel the order, and was told by the "Air head" it was too late for that. Now my American Express is involved and lifted the payment to KYB/Just Suspension. They will have to refund my money. Check The Better Business Bureau Report. Complaints out the yang. They are truly not worth the trouble.

I ordered a pair of KYB AGX struts from them. They took longer to ship than was told, then arrived in just the flimsy kyb box with parts sticking threw and several holes in the box. Needles to say the shocks are completely damaged and I have been emailing back and forth for over a week and still getting the same run around He tries making you handle his negligent packaging and shipping department. I was told to call the UPS number did and I even went down to the store in person and was told the same thing as on the phone, He has to send a Damaged Goods Return Authorization, He is still trying to play a game and say I have to handle it with the shipping company. I have sent him plenty of photo's of the damaged boxes and shocks. He Makes it seem like he's affiliated with KYB but I have a hard time believing it when I didn't even get a warrenty card with my KYB AGX struts, when I bought the rears from another company it was in both boxes here I got none in either box just broken shocks and no packaging material. The customer service and return policy of this store is horrible I wouldn't recomend anyone do business with this company. This may end up in a courtroom for this company as they have ripped off alot of people from what I am reading here on all these rip off report sites and even in car forums they all sound pretty close to what is going on in mine, if this is his continuing business tactics for the past 3+ years I am suprised he is still in business. |
