Juney Smith Auto Selling Vehicles with ISSUES Osecola, Arkansas

We purchased a vehicle from this company if you can call them that earlier in 2011 and anytime we drove it any distance where the motor would heat up before we could drive it again we had to let it sit for a half hour or so before it would start again. We read through our contract the first month this happened and Juney Smith has in there that we have to pay half the repair costs to fix any issues with the vehicle. We decided it could wait but continued to have this problem. We moved in May because of health issues and made one payment but couldn't make payments for a short bit so in July we sent a payment and in August and as we were able. Mr. Smith didn't give us prior notice but instead in the first week of December repoed the vehicle. We were never told that they were going to do so. Someone from a tow company showed up at 8pm and said he was taking the vehicle. We put a considerable bit of money into trying to find out what was causing the problems with the vehicle and didn't have money to pay for it in November. I guess he can sell junk cars knowing there are problems with the vehicles. I am glad we won't be doing business with this crook again.
