FACTS ABOUT THE INJUSTICE
This is regarding a house manager for the mentally and physically handicapped who took the residents shopping and had her life completely changed.
Sue Pajak fell in a Target store causing knee and back surgery resulting in over a million dollars in medical bills. Target paid only one visit to Quik-care and did everything in their power to withhold all evidence of their guilt. Target had employees lie on their depositions, they withheld all video, pictures , schedules and people with knowledge of the case under attorney client privilege. We believe they also compensated the attorney that was supposed to be working for us.
I have tried everything in Vegas by appealing to the Bar Association and the Judicial Discipline Board but they have given me the run-around. We never had our day in court in my wifes case and when I was making public our attorneys actions he filed a restraining order on me. When I finally got my day in court to prove validity to my statements and bring out in the open his inappropriate actions he picked a Judge who refused to allow me to produce the evidence. She was also siding with him instead of being fair and unbiased. When the Judge refused me my legal right to defend myself her refusals were all made off the record by the court reporter so her statements favoring the attorneys were squelched to everybody but me.
I have pictures I took standing in the exact spot my wife fell . The Supreme Court returned the pictures back to me. I also have a picture of a Supreme Court Judge Cherry who ruled on #47056 taking a picture with the attorney I asked him to reprimand just two months earlier in the same case .
I tried the Bar Association 3 times for the attorneys and the Judicial Discipline Board for the Judges but they gave a complete runaround for both Supreme Court and District Court Judge Ann Zimmerman. In the case of Judge Zimmerman the Disciplinary Board ruled that violating Canon 3(B) 7 the right to defend yourself 4 times amounts to a CLAIM OF ERROR.
We have tried every legal avenue and they have been able to keep all the injustice under wraps. Judges and Attorneys have co-operated together and manipulate the system to there benefit ex. Campaign contributions like the 30,000 Mainor , Eglet & Cottle law firm gave Judge Cherry. Judge Cherry positively should have taken himself off the case instead ruled favorably for his benefactor in # 47056 |
