Written contract to move a boat from california to kelowna on jt hotshotting trailer and truck delivery was to be in 3 days from pickup. 3rd day harley did not know where his driver or the boat was. 4th day boat arrives in Richmond harley wants more money than what was agreed to if we did not pay his e-mail stated the boat goes back to california and we start paying storage daily till the bill is paid. He stated our boat caused damage to his trailer his driver upon pickup stated he had the wrong trailer to haul the boat. He admitted he put nickes in the hull of which I repared for 50.00.This is a 8000 lb boat on the initial order he was aware of the make, size and weight. He refuses to deliver the boat to kelowna after we prepaid delivery to Kelowna but will take it back to california. We paid to have a trucking company on standby to get the boat he would not drop it into the water to transfer trailers so we had to pay for a boat lift. On his web-site he states if we do not deliver on time you don't pay maybe he thought we wouldn't pay him. The police can-not get involved if he does not want to relerase the merchandise ( boat) as it's a cival matter. We have e-mails from Harley Anfinson that are so outlandish it's almost entertaining our lawyer says he will be laughed out of court. Moving scams are common and the courts are awar of it. A moving scam is a scam by a moving company in which company provides an estimate, loads the goods, then states a much higher price to deliver the goods, effectively holding the goods hostage |

Rodney & his wife are the scammers. They deliberately did not have the paperwork ready at the border and so his shipment was late, due to his fault.
Check out his company Dravco Mining Inc. Seems his is in financial trouble. |

Lozinskis are scammers as they lie, mislead, cheat and have scammed 100's of people in their bogus mining deals. They try make themselves look good by trying to make others look bad. Why don't they let a court decide based on fact rather than spreading false information? |
