DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! For anyone who is seeking financing through either a debt and/or equity structure i implore you Caveat Emptor (Beware!). Josh begged our office for a chance to work in our finance dept. He not only begged once, but more than five times. We were initially reluctant to hire him as we had been informed by those closest to him that he will steal, and does not care who he walks over to put money in his pocket. We took that into consideration and decided that we would give him an opportunity, but would make him sign a contract stating that he would not circumvent our investors and/or lenders and that all commissions would be split three ways between his uncles company, myself and Josh Mullins for a period of three years. Josh did in fact sign the contract (Which i will be happy to send to anyone who dares to trust this scumbag). His brother also works here at his uncles office and has always been honest and forthright so we thought we would give him a chance especially since his family owned the company. For the first 2 months Josh did exactly as instructed, and we could see a lot of promise in his abilities. Shortly after introducing Josh to our investor pool and giving him a pipeline of over 100 quality deals he then started to show his true colors. Josh was secretly taking the information (That we have spent over 20 years to accumulate), and using it for his sole benefit. We asked for a meeting with Josh one morning in order to confront him on this issue. Josh walked out of the meeting, and we didn't hear from him again. Two weeks later i rec'd several calls from our investors stating Josh was contacting them in an attempt to circumvent our firm. We also rec'd confirmation that he had taken a deal that we had a written fee agreement on, and closed it with one of our investors. Josh submitted the loan using a company he called Pangea Capital, and took 80k in commissions. We have a copy of the HUD Settlement Statement proving this fact as the loan was sent to us by C-Loans and they track all submitted files (I will be happy to provide this documentation as well). This was a file that we worked on for over 6 months and he flat out stole not only from me but his own uncle. Josh then proceeded to take long vacations to Myrtle Beach, Chicago, Colorado, and other places out west for the past three months (Must be nice to use others money to please your self huh Josh?). All i can tell you is that he signed a contract, and has two lawsuits pending. Once he runs out of money we will find him and sue him for triple damages. C-Loans is also filing their own arbitration lawsuit against Josh Mullins for the same. Josh Mullins pays no regard to his family, his commitments to those who help him in life, or his own written contracts. If he will ripoff his own uncle, don't think for a minute that he wont do the same to you. Beware of this low class, low rent, selfish, self centered JERK and run. If you have files in process with him you had better make sure that you hire an attorney to watch out for your affairs. He will steal from GOD if he had the chance. Enjoy your time in Hell Josh and if you would like to ever visit me to confront me about this issue, then you know where the office is....Don't you?
