The Worst!Came to my house and explained how everything was plumbed incorrectly and how they'll fix it. The next day they never showed and never called until I left two messages inquiring where the heck they were. The owner then assured me they'd be there the following day a 9:00am. Once again a no show and no calls to explain or apologize. This company should not exist they're useless

Horrible ServiceI contracted these guys to a whole bunch of work on my house and in the beginning they came off very professional and competant. However, when it came time to fill out permits and start work they stop returning phone calls and completely fell off the face of the earth. They totally DID NOT care they were screwing up my whole project and costing me lots of money by delaying everything else that had to be done on the house. I would not recommed them to my worst enemy.

Terrible customer service and attitudeWas a satisfied customer for over 10 years until the company was sold a year or so ago. New owner is rude and unresponsive with sloppy bookkeeping and nasty attitude. Will not be using again.

As doing work for joe marney and bill mccarthy from schoenwalder,I seen many bad situations, many times they were called for a small leak and tell the homeowner false info, $400 job turned into $10,000 job not needed, If you google joe marney, you will see many bad reviews, dont let them in your door because you will get ripped off,

schoenwalder hires sub contracters to do there work and we have to hunt him down for money for 3weeks-1month and we still have not been paid donot use them they are the worst

Worst Experience in my life with a plumber/HVAC company-- and I've owned 3 properties! Where shall I begin? New HVAC installation summer 2010. Multiple problems. NEVER returned phone calls. Complete avoidance. Eventually, had to call another company to correct their damage costing an additional $250. Now-- 6 months later (Dec 2010), the company I used to correct Schoenwalder's damage from the summer came out to correct additional problems. I learned that schoenwalder did NOT even install an item as they had indicated. Just stuffed wire into a "blackhole". Another $500 today. You can look them up on the BBB (F rating). I confronted them about that. Don't believe it when you are told that was due to the previous owners-- not them. Unfortunately, I did. Tried to save a few $ since their quote was better than 3 others. Cost more $ and headache in the end. Initially, you'll think they are sincere and genuine. Don't be fooled. Consider yourself warned. Stay AWAY!!

This company is horrible, would not recommend to my worst enemy!
1. The job took over a year and a half; we were initially quoted 3 weeks
2. They never finished the job
3. They actually owe us money and refused to pay back the money owed; we now have a judgment and bank levy on the company
4. They used non lessened sub-contractors who have no idea what they are doing
5. There was zero supervision of the project by either owner, Joe Marney or William McCarthy
6. They lie about their ability to do the job and then run when they can't fix the already fudged up work that they had "finished"
7. They never honored their "service package" and we had to hire a new company to provide us with normal seasonal service.

Over all I would say that these people are cheats and liars and they are completely incapable of completing a project as needed or as agreed to in contract. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!
