The man in charge of this agency promised up and down that all of the bad word of mouth has been coming from his recently discharged upset former employees. I listened to Joe tell me for over an hour how all their ex workers were bad people. He swore that any bad reference to his real estate company or his power washing company were bogus.
First, I allowed the promise of satisfaction to blind me. I paid nearly double the highest estimate I had, and again was promised this high price tag would mean quality. I was promised a safe cleaning solution, and was promised a reliable polite worker. Just like the bad word of mouth has been leading me to believe, the man who showed up smelled like he bathed in swimming pool chlorine. I was promised that the information I'd gathered was false, and that there wasn't going to be a toxic amount of chlorine used. On top of the odor, I wasn't given a polite worker. I was given someone who didn't seem to like me much. I guess me paying top dollar is reason to have him in a bad mood. I watched the process, I even stopped him half way. The smell of the chlorine made me sick. I watched them squirt up chlorine from the ground, as the over spray got on my car and bushes. The chlorine immediately cleaned the roof. Within an hour, the worker was gone. Within a few days, my entire landscape was dying. If it's anywhere near my roof, it's dead. My neighbors are complaining to the homeowner's association because my house is now an eyesore.
When I complained to Joe and his company, roof brite, he explained that my signature means he's not responsible. He said "15%"chlorine. This is close to 100%, if you look at the damages.
To make matters worse, while having my roof inspected for deadly chemicals a week later, I found that I now had over 100 broken roofing tiles. Again, I called the real estate/roof cleaning office, to hear "that's not our fault, they were broken already". OK, then why didn't you say something??? And why didn't you document it??? Like your contract says you're supposed to do???
After listening to this liar for about 15 minutes, I hung up. I then had a friend of mine research this man and his company. He's been in trouble NUMEROUS times for broken tiles, including in the courtroom. He's lost customers because of broken tiles, as well as dead lawns. At this point, I realized I'd been ripped off.
I issue a valid warning to ANYONE considering doing business with Joe Kirschbaum and his roof cleaning company, roof brite in palm coast, florida. He is a snake, and as I've come to find, there's hundreds of others here who feel the same way. |

We really don't know who this idiot is - posting such a crap anonymously. Obviously a disgruntled past employee. If you are real you should say who you are. This guy writes that kind of stuff when he is on drugs or something. The hole thing is a lie.
