forinkandmore.com GLC Imaging Charged my bank account for an ink system but never sent the product San Marco, Texas

On July 31, 2010 I ordered a CISS bulk ink system for my Artisan 50 Printer valued at $97.99 from Forinkandmore DBA GLC IMAGING. On 8/1/2010 the amount of $97.99 was deducted from my bank account. This amount had been routed through paypal and the name GLC Imaging appearing beside this amount.

I waited for several weeks and received no product in the mail even though I had provided this information to Forinkandmore. Days later I phoned several times. Always the same recording..."thank you for calling forinkandmore...." At all times only a recording and never a live person. I also went onto the site and emailed the company in the contact us section asking the question where was my ink system.

On September 14, 2010 I mailed a letter expressing my frustration and asking Forinkandmore aka GLC Imaging to cancel my internet order and refund the amount of $97.99 to my bank account via paypal. I received no response.

On October 8, 2010 I sent a second letter mentioning how I would begin negative reviews on facebook and begin the process of reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau. This letter, although with the same street address as the one on Sept 14, 2010 was returned to me with a standard yellow sticker from the post office on it stating: " Return to Sender not deliverable as addressed unable to forward"...

As I write this I phoned Forinkandmore at 2 of their phone numbers. Again the recorded message and never a live person. I am surprised in this day and age of internet watchdogs that this company is still online.
