He terminates my employment over the phone and when I call him back to find out when my final pay will be ready he doesn't answer the phone. I thing he terminated my employment because I am Latin and due to my age. He seems to like "young " girls working for him. At one point he stated that he only wanted "girl's" to work up front.

Sounds chauvinistic to me. Really bad for business. He micro manages every aspect of the business and does not know what he is doing and interferes with those who do.

He comes in, creates DRAMA and leaves.

There are no dates on any of the ingredients, pizza is left out for long times. Dough was left in the back of his car for 4 hours because he forgot it in the car and he still used it and served it to people.

Wings sit out for hours not refrigerated. The place is not cleaned properly. The soda machine is not cleaned but once a week, so you have dirty nozzles.

Large amounts of cash is left on the premises inviting the place to be robbed and possibly injury to an employee(s). This person does not need to be in business, he creates an unsafe work environment for the employees and an unsafe environment for the customers. Its no wonder his restaurant in New York failed miserably, and he thinks opening another here, and 4 years is enough experience to open a new store, when he only micro manages. He is the worst person I have worked for in my life.

Always insulting the workers in front of customers, Yelling while customers are present. He yelled at a young delivery driver saying that he "can go home, I don't need you here anymore, you can go work at the other store for all I care" in front of the customers.

Now he refuses to pay me my wages, and avoids my calls. I only want what I worked for, not any more than that.

I recommend that no customers visit this place, even for free slices, and if your thinking about working here....don't. You won't get paid.

This food is over priced, food not clean, restaurant not clean, there is no health dept. certificate, and none of the workers have health cards. Rules do not apply here. Eat at your own risk! Food poisoning imminent. Workers do not wear protective gloves when handling food... etc.

I was actually going to quit because the lack of hours I was promised, and the massive amounts of drama. But he let me go over the phone... and not in person like a real man would. He's not even a man.
