Dont even think about giving this supposed "law firm" your hard earned money!!! You will never hear from an attorney at all!!! and the only calls they make is when they want money! Unprofessional staff, Sophie Russell (kept referring to me as sweetie) when she was making the deal and pitching her scam! then when they have your money - they simply dont ever call you back. Also on top of the calls that were never returned and numerous emails never aknowledged, MR Paul Alonge (office manager) not even an attorney has the nerve to call me when I placed a dispute with my credit card to have my $2,500 returned to me for
no services given, no calls returned, no paper work mailed - no proof that they even tried to negotiate my home modification in my behalf, and only when my credit card dispute was filed and their offices contacted, did this Paul Alonge call me to warn me that he would fight this dispute and say I signed a contract. I have never even spoken to a real attorney in my case. There was one email that explained that my bank would not allow a short pay off and that was it, I never heard back from anyone or any attorney and they never returned any calls or responded to any emails. This practice should be investigated and shut down! |

I am Jeffrey A. Smith, the attorney / owner of the Jeffrey A. Smith Law Group, P.A.. I am ethically obligated not to discuss the confidences of my clients and certainly will not do so in this forum. Even if I could, most, if not all, of the ”complainants” hide behind the anonymity of the internet.
In this internet obsessed society it is far too easy to sit behind a desk and computer and attempt to damage the reputation of another, or even worse, to lie with impunity because there is no one to check the factual accuracy of what is being posted in cyberspace. For example, the owner of a “consumer advocacy” forum appears to have been linked to this.

Certainly most prudent people have come to the conclusion that not everything on the internet can be trusted and it would be quite foolish to make our everyday decisions based on what we read on the internet.
Regarding my firm and the folks who work for me, it is true that we do not please all the people all the time. That is not possible. What we do is we give our best effort to provide legal services to our clients and attempt to assist them in whatever their legal situation may be. Our only guarantee is that we will do our best to provide quality, affordable legal services.

Scaminformer.com is a terrible company.This company does not allow stuff to be erased unless you pay their lawyer that they have advertised with them. SCAM INFORMER SHOULD BE ERASED FROM THE INTERNET. This Scam Informer website is a fraud!!!
It is so easy for ex and fired employees to slander here. It does not investigate the claims they have on this website!
