JBL Real Estate Jeff Landsman, JBL Real Estate -- Scammers and Business Ethics Violators Baltimore, Maryland |

JBL Real Estate is a Fells Point Real Estate and Property "so called" Management company that does nothing more than ride the shirt tales of the bigger players in the Baltimore area. There deceptive practices has led to many questionable ethics violation in the Baltimore City and surrounding areas. Jeremy Landsman, managing partner and owner fails to pay his contractors for work completed, and always has a way of "lowballing" work done. Not to mention if you are going to go into business with them or ever look at a property they have for sale, realize the poor workmanship of there projects due to them not paying their contractors and workers to complete projects. Jeff Landsman, another managing partner and owner, also has a tendancy in the Baltimore area to not complete projects and it is well known all over town for his inability to pay his bills and try to scam people into buying into their fantasy projects. Just take a ride around town and see all of the so called projects that get started and are never completed. A perfect example of a man that blows a lot of hot air around town just like his son. Being a bookkeeper there for a few years, I have seen everything from angered contractors not getting paid, to companies such as architecture firms suing them for payment not made for services rendered, to tenants that have had money not returned to them for deposits. They have projects where utilities have been turned off, phones in office turned off for non payment, tenants suing them for lead issues...the lists go on and on. I even have seen accounting firms and law firms suing them over income tax issues and lack of filings. This is a company that I would stay far far away from when trying to deal in real estate. This information is all public knowledge on the District Court of Md website. I have since left this company due to the unethical behavior and the inhumane work conditions between father and son, but felt it was my duty to let others know what you would be getting into if you decided to do business with JBL REALESTATE and the Landsman Family. |
