| This is a sports marketing company that puts adds on the back of T-shirts and distributes them to Universities. We purchased a large add and was informed 2-3 months for processing and we will recieve sample shirts for our staff and they will be distributed to the university. We purchased 1st week in June and did not hear anything. In september we begain calling and there was no answer on the phones we left messages for someone to return our calls and this did not work. On Nov 10th we finaly got through to someone and spoke with the then V.P of Sales who assured us that our shirts were in production and that they were unavoidably delayed. We were advised by Lauren Edison,the Public Relations supervisor that we would have them no later than the last week in Nov. We then waited and recieved nothing. We began calling on the 8th of Dec. We contacted the V.P of sales on his sell phone and he advised he was no longer with the company and we should speak with Lauren Edison, she was now in his postion. We e-mailed, called, left messages, and finaly we recieved a e-mail responce on Dec 11,2010. In our e-mail we asked for the t-shirts or our money to be refunded (over 600.00) she stated in her e-mail that a refund was not possible and that we will have the shirts in Jan. We responded that this is not what we agreed upon originaly and please contact us directly to discuss the siduation. We continue to call and e-mail and leave messages with no reponce. This is a Scam! they take your money and do not fullfill thier obligations. They just keep giving excuses or ignore your phone calls and e-mails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JAM SPORTS MARKETING -registered to MADDEN SPORTS MARKETING and MICHAEL WAYNE MADDEN OF MANSFIELD TEXAS |

Contact your bank or credit card company's fraud department. They will most likely reimburse you for your loss, and their NASTY lawyers will handle these jam sports a-holes!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JAM SPORTS MARKETING!!! THEY DID THE SAME THING TO MY BRAND NEW COMPANY AND THEY OWE US OVER $300.00. THEY ALSO TOOK MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. LAUREN IS AN IDIOT AND SHE NEVER SEEMS TO BE WORKING. They are complete scumbags. I would recommend posting a "review" on Facebook so everyone knows what they are.. I've already done it awhile ago, I'm just not sure if they've already removed it...
