Here is the short story as I am pressed with time. I recently opened a restaurant 3 months ago and long behold came a "customer" that got an order to go. Not too long later I receive a call about a customer that was so pleased with his to go order and he could not wait to come back. The conversation drifted from the food to something he was offering which was for my restaurant to be advertised on the back of tshirts for the local high school and elementary schools. So I thought "great! This is going to help out the school and get our name out there". The guy was slick on the phone ill give him that. Very well spoken man. I paid him over the phone right there and then the amount of $287...bad move on my part, with his promise to drop off a receipt the next couple of days along with some sample tshirts. All of this never happened and I came to find out that supposedly a family member of his got sick and he had to leave town. Don't take my word on this, if this is really true I am terribly sorry but i do not buy it! After reading some negative reviews about Jam Sports Marketing I became worried and decided to cancel by calling them. Luckily I still had 2 days before no refund could be accepted so I went ahead and was told by a representative Lauren Eidson that it would take 6 weeks to get the refund back in my account. LIE! So i waited and waited and 6 weeks went by, 7 8 weeks and NOTHING. After NUMEROUS attempts to reach them, Jamie a rep of theirs answered the phone and I explained my situation. I think either this company is a SCAM or they are suffering and have run out of refund money. Last week Jamie told me that it would be until JUNE 6 for my refund to be mailed out!! This goes against everything that I have been told previously by Lauren Eidson. These people play phone ping pong and reassure me that they will speak with higher management but do not give me a time frame. At the end of every phone conversation I immediately have to cut the crap and tell them that I will be returning my call at this time on this date for further news. Today has been so, I just spoke with Jamie and she told me the wait period is until June the 6th which is over 3 months after my initial request for refund. This people sure know how to LIE. On todays call I asked Jamie if I could speak with the supervisor only to be told that she is away at the moment. When I requested her number she replied telling me that she is UNABLE to do that. MMMMM Unable wow really. I am tired of their BS, and if I don't get my refund for $287 by this week they will regret it. HORRIBLE company will only play games with you. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR NEW SCAM. SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS IM PSSSSD OFF. |

Well, I had to check twice to make sure that I hadnt been the one to type that message...it's the exact same story I am going through...and have been for a YEAR. Same exact people and everything. I am sooo pissed off that these people have swindled me out of my money, and I just don't know where to turn. It's ridiculous that no one has shut them down yet. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get our money back?? |
