I purchased 2,000 pieces of cosmetics from TDW (The Discount Warehouse) on Septmember 29, 2011. I paid my cost and left. They only want cash, period. And I paid straight cash. I proceeded to go home, to count my cosmetics and I was scammed, making my price that I paid for my pieces go sky high at cost. I called Friday, with absolutely no answer to a phone call. I called several more times, and no answer to more phone calls. I finally left a message. I then get a return phone call 4 days later (Tuesday). I then tell my salesman what the problem was, he proceeded to question me and told me he had another phone call from a "NEW" buyer , but he called me first because I was now his "new" buyer. Then he proceeded to tell me he was going to speak to the processor in the back and would call me back, well he didn't. He had the processor call me and she told me that she gave me the right amount of pieces. She tried to tell me she wrote the amount of pieces on all of the boxes, well.. there were many counts on the boxes. And i count every piece myself for that reason, I pay my hard working money for these pieces and I will count them to make sure I get what I paid for. Well those people in that warehouse don't want to hear any complaint, they don't let you speak on the phone. They don't want to hear you, or what you have to say. They speak way over you and don't give you a chance to say a word. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND them to anyone, ever. They con you out of your money. Use caution if you plan on buying from this company. They don't even care about their customers. No communication, they won't let you speak at all. Good luck, please try another reputable company. I have found many many complaints, after the fact about this company.
