| J & B Aikens Transport Gary Aikens Totaled Mobile Home during move Clymer, Pennsylvania |

Well my story started on April 2010, when I purchased a $10,000 mobile home.
About a week later, I hired a man to move this home, about 25 miles. His company is J & B Aikens Transport in Clymer, Pa.
He started the move in June 2010.
At that time he did a walk around the home, and stated all is good for the move.
He got about 10 mile down the road, and the hitch broke.
The mobile home fell straight on the road.
The end outside wall ( near the hitch ) had a big hole in it, and it move out away from home about 5 inches.
The frame under is was totally destroyed.
He got it off the road, and parked it there for over 6 weeks.
I would ask him to please hurry with move, and he always said" whats the hurry".
Well Sept 15, 2101 he finished the move, ( well almost ). He took home and parked it about 150 yards from where lot was.
This is not my land.
This land has natural springs and is very bad.
He said he needed $250 for a dozer to get it up a very small driveway.
I said ok, lets do it.
Well till this day the home still sits there in swamp and it just kept sinking. Its is in mud about 2 feet in areas.
When he wrecked the home half of the home snaped from roof on down.
Well Now the home is in 2 parts. It just droke due to not being level all this time, and the accident.
The mover said I am crazy, it is ok.
Well I had over 5 companies over to finish the move, and all said they will not touch it, due to damages.
My problem is, he will not give his insurance info, so a claim cam be filed.
I just threw 10 grand for home and 3 grand for lot being ready out the window.
I need help. I can not afford an attorney at this time.
How do I get his insurance info????
PLEASE HELP ME.

| well you should tell the whole story, as for your little post, you will be talking to my attorney now! i moved the home to your lot as agreed and when it got there you refused to have a tree removed and also refused to have a dozer fill a ditch and pull the home up a very steep driveway to a desroyed set of peers that in your words, and i quote... my friend was high when he did those!! hahahaha. the reason that the dozer was not there was the 250 dollars that was the cost of the dozer rental!! that you said you could not afford due to the amount of "candy " you and your freind had to purchase. I offered to move the home into place free of charge months ago, and you said its junk im not moving it now. also, when the hitch on your home broke, i fixed it, paid for another hitch and paid the welder to install it. all this work i did to help you, and now your trying to throw me under the bus? no that is not going to happen. anyone who knows me and my business knows i do a honest and fair job. i have many large and small very satisfied customers now and 10 years past. my phone number is 724-840-1601 if anyone would like to discuss this issue with me. as for BRENDA RANKIN, dont do any business with her she is obviously not honest, and has a habit that takes priority over her home and wants someone to pay her nasty habits. not gonna be me... have a great day, yours truly, gary aikens |
