Its Just lunch IJL Horrible dating service, stay away Atlanta, Georgia |

Pursuant to an agreement made with Its Just lunch Atlanta, hereinafter referred as IJL, IJL is obligated to provide appropriate "matches" to me as a dating service. I provided IJL with my lifestyle, education and background information. Based on this information, IJL is supposed to base its matching preferences per the information provided. After two dates it was clear that IJL was not using the information provided and was merely "pimping" me out as the matches provided were clearly not good matches. This recent experience duplicates a similar experience I had with IJL of Las Vegas. The first date provided was a woman that clearly had a case of Acromegaly and the other woman was clearly overweight. I then had a telephone conversation with the dating director, Amber M (So ashamed they won't provide a last name), regarding the matches IJL provided. I explained to her that IJL was not doing a good job and that the matches were not good matches. I then explained to her that the last match was overweight. Then she snapped back and said that was my opinion. Actually it was more than my opinion, as visually you could tell that based on her height and body structure, she was clearly overweight and her lifestyle would not have matched mine. Amber got extremely upset and started to argue with my angrily. I eventually hung up the phone and tried to call IJL's corporate office. This process was a like a maze which actually got me right back to the person that I didn't want to speak with, Amber M. Amber is clearly inexperienced in match making and is a little too hypersensitive when it comes to discussing weight. I asked for a refund but of course was given a copy of the contract I had signed in an email. I would prefer to get a partial refund instead of putting my membership on hold which is what Amber offered. All they will do is put the membership on hold until it expires so that they won't have to refund any money. You get better matches with Eharmony. You expect that when people pay thousands of dollars (thank God I didn't) that the matching process would be more accurate. You can get the same matches just by walking down the street. |
