| Using System Mechanic Premium (Iolo Technologies) I wanted to have my computer work more efficiently. After the program said it found over 50 problems, I hit the "repair all" button. That worked okay, at least on the surface. The second time I used it, a few days later, it indicated that it could go deep and correct problems in the Registry. So, I let it do its thing. The next day I tried to us a CAD program I have had for a year, and it came up with an error and I had to put in the activation code again. That was okay. Then I tried to open a map program I have had for years and it said I had a problem in the Registry, and suggested I install it again. It continued to give an error message after reinstalling it. The same thing happened to another two programs. Again I reinstalled them, but they continued not to work. Being that they specifically said they we fixing the Registry and I got a Registry error, there is no doubt that they are the problem. |

| sept 15 2013 I bought iolo system mechanic pro, after seeing in in a wall mart store it came with a 30 day money back guarantee, it also says on box fixes erros&crashes restores system speed cleans up system clutter blocks virus &spyware rescues non starting pcs, backs up your data on line, my pc was a year old, but in good shape running great I thought this would be a great virus protection, rong after I down loaded iolo I noticed my pc running slow so I run a test an the system sayed I had erros on my machine, I went to work trying to delite ever thing from iola, my pc started running a bit better the only number is a gruerro a pc repair dept not nothing to do with iola witch wanted to charge me, repair program200 for a 2 year then they finally went down to $50 dollars for a fixing my pc, in whitch all I wanted is my money refunded, witch it was still in warenty iolo said they send me a e mail message on how to get a refund, 10 14, 2013 an I haven gotten nothing from iola, my e mail add is [email protected] lol the gruros the pc pros took over my pc an ran a test on my pc after thet missed spelt my name an then started my registery an spun it a few times yess after that I did have erros on my machine, so to straighten that out whitch my pc was so slow I had to wait for 5 minutes for windows to openi went to hp pavilion pc, whitch that the kind of pc I have it got 4gb of memory an 500gb hard drive, so I got on the webb sight an had hp to delite one program an reinstall till I had my pc back to brand new, running faster than new, iolo &gurreo pc fixers as they call them selves, I belive are in partners both companys are I belive are one of the same it all india workers, altho I pc running fast I know my hard drive still has a reckord of iolo im beded in it mormery chip on hard drive thus cheating me out of disk spce, if ther any more that used iolo an want to join a class action law suite I be happy to join you in a good cause, GRADY MITCHELL |
