Purchased item online for $400 with delivery date 5 days from the date of purchase. 2 weeks after the purchase I e-mailed about the status. 2 days later I received FedEx tracking number. 10 days later after no package showed I called FedEx. FedEx said someone initiated pickup and there was no package. I called many times and nobody ever answers the phone or called back after I left multiple massages. I e-mailed again I got few days later new FedEx number I called FedEx again the same story - someone called for pickup but there was no package. After 2 months from the day of purchase they stop replying to my e-mails.

Please...I am the owner of Hometown Glass Corp. Internet Glass Network. I have researched this, and honestly never did I receive an order on a order for anything over 400 dollars. If this consumer was truly ripped off, he could have easily contacted is credit card company and disputed the charge. Wouldn't you. I am finding this one incident listed on 5 different website all coming from the same URL, www.ripoff.com. My lawyers have contacted this company, and all they offer is to join another company that will fix this commented report for a large fee. Truly, a scam. Yes..Im not saying selling on the internet is an easy endevour and you will have have happy customers and some unhappy. Its the nature of the business when shipping 150 to 200 packages a day. So please use you common sence when Im call Evil. I am a father putting 2 children through college, although divorced, this is website business along with a retail business has been in business since 1991. I dont think I would be in business for 20 years by being evil or intentionally ripping off people.
