Integrated Debt Solutions
Integrated Debt Solutions Professional Debt Solutions Scammed Twice, From foreclosure to bankrupticy! Panorama, California
21st of Dec, 2010 by User553515
After contacting Integrated Debt Solutions on April 13, 2010 and informing the company that I needed their assistance because I had just gotten scammed by Richard Hughes of Arizona (private individual of a so-called Loan Modification Co.), Integrated Debt Solutions assured me that they could help me and they would not do what the previous individual did, scam me.

Integrated Debt Solutions told me that it would take 4 months. After paying $1950.00 and sending several financial documents, five times (the same documents) and assuring me that they had been communicating with my mortgage company, it was discovered that I had been scammed again.

Instead of relying on Integrated Debt Solutions, I had also been communicating with my mortgage lender who did very little to assist me as well. I continued to get the foreclosure documents from the court and in November 2010, I was informed that my home would be sold in December 2010. Six weeks before this was to take place, I contacted Integrated Debt Solutions so that they could begin the next steps.

Instead, I was told that they had to wait at least two weeks before the sale of the house in an auction. Once again, I did not hear from Debt Solutions, until I called them on December 7th. They said that they would be still working on it and would get back with me the next day. I was not contacted until December 9th.

The auction sale was scheduled for December 13th. They requested that I immediately send more paperwork, the same papers that had already sent with only two business days to work on the case. Even though I knew they were not working on the case, I forwarded the information anyway. I haven't heard from them since.

In the meantime, I had already secured a lawyer who reviewed my case and informed me to my options. I filed bankruptcy, one day before the sale of my home. If I had waited on Integrated Debt Solutions, I would be homeless now.

Don't take a chance on this company. They are only out to get your money. They lose nothing from this, because they are located in another state. All of these companies are taking advantage of the Obama Loan Modification Program for homeowners and no one is trying to stop them
