I send one box in March, 2008 the amount that I lost was over $ 5.000,00, this trash company took me more than one year to tell me that they lost my box, Mr. Paulo in San Frascisco, every time that I call him was always the same excuse, next week is gonna be in your house, until one day they have a decency to tell me the truth and told me to call one bitch named LIA in New Jersey that told me the company is not responsible for the transportation, can u believe that? I tried many times talk to them but after the time pass they start to ignore me,
I tried also sue them but all lawyers that I spoke told me the amount is too low, If someone know how can I take a legal issue against those thieves can help me with information, please I refused to give up. Even Mr. Jose Moreira the owner, refused speak to me. I worked with this company for 4 years and never had problems, I though that was a reliable company, I was so wrong. If someone has the same or similar problem with this company and think that we can work together, regarding to sue them and get back at least our money. Please contact me. Thank u

This is not an isolated case. Our situation is real and very so desperate for all of us, that is affecting many people in the Brazilian community in the USA. We are trying to claim the same action, as victims. Mr Jose Moreira, has been scamming the Brazilian people community. He is dishonest and lack transparency in his business. He promised the customers, that the his company, will provide moving services from US to Brazil, with a promised of safe, legal and secured deliver.
BR COURIER/Jose Moreira, has made money and has kept the profits. Profits are made purported on cartons and seizes containers that are still sitting in many ports in Brazil and many the shipments that are in storage locations in this country. In Brazil nothing can be done for the people with the belonging seized. Revenue of Santos and Paranagua, is irreducible and says that nothing will be released, no point in sending petitioner other document from here that is not a BL.
BR Courier - total break and closes the doors on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 15:52. The BR Courier, shut the doors, not serving customers, and has over 10 containers held in the port of Paranagua / PR, Brazil and many others ports in Brazil.
Mr Moreira, knew all months before, that would be troubles and many to come. But, this did not stop Mr Moreira for pick up people property to ship. His employee and agents, continued with his profiting scheme.
And more CONTAINERS ARE SEIZED, and being seized and many ports in Brazil, for reasons only he knew. No broker or dispatcher at this point has access or can they receive unlawfully bribe. Yes, there is a small possibility, that we could retrive the property in Brazil. But, it will be by hiring the services of a lawyer to take case with the justice. And, we might have to aquire more than one lawyer, depending were and what port in Brazil the property is being seized, and some people won't be able to afford it. Mr Moreira, is in this country running his restaurant and New Jersey, and lacking to take responsibility to return of the property that has been in storage's for months. The concerned party, has been like yo-yo in the hope to retrieve what is here. Many will have great loss, because they will never see it or will get any compensation. But, I'll not give up not so much for my only cause, but for many others that are losing everything and, some of them has moved back to Brazil and has been months and some cases over two years. So, I'll keep talking, searching and bugging people until we get resolution and removing people like Mr Jose Moreira and any business like his, from profiting and they should be better regulated, not allowing to do business with out all legal requirements.

| BRCOURIER also scammed us we have sent over 9 boxes with a 46 inch tv with sentimental things 08/30/2011 my email is [email protected] they are rip offs and i herd they were closing their company before they closed their doors and they were still advertising. I want to sue them for this violation i just don't have the money. |
