Instant Tax Services Shady RipOff Indianapolis, Indiana

I usually do my taxes myself, but found myself in a financial bind in December. I heard on the radio about Instant Tax Services offering a loan of $1000.00, so I visited the store on Michigan Road, in Indianapolis, Indiana. I knew when I went in I should have immediately walked out because the girl working in there was extremely ghetto and unprofessional. But because of my situation I stayed. She ran my information and I was only approved for a $50.00, which made me upset, so I told her I just wanted to cancel and they could keep the $50.00 at that point she advised me I could not cancel and I had to return by the 15th of January so they could process my return to the IRS. I did not return on the 15th all to learn two days later she processed my return anyway without my permission and without any W-2's, which is ILLEGAL.

I then contacted the IRS and filed a complaint and they advised me once I recieved my money to contact them back. Well I was told from the Indiana State that I would recieve my State return on January 25, 2011, I never recieved it so I contacted Instant Tax Services and they stated they took my entire state check which was over $600.00 to pay for my fees, since when does it cost $600.00+ to prepare taxes. So now I stuck waiting on my Federal Return which should be for the full amount because they ceased my entire State Return.

BEWARE!!!!!! Stay far far away from ALL Instant Tax Services because the company is a complete scam. They are taking peoples hard earned money to stay in business on top of ILLEGALLY processing individual tax returns without actual W-2's and permission from the tax payer (I am a law student and I am actually in the process of researching away to file suit against Instant Tax Services so they are put out of business). The stay at the corporate office in Dayton, Ohio are rude and so is the staff a local locations through out Indianapolis, IN.

People please take precautions when dealing with this company, do not get pulled into their lies and scams because you will pay dearly in the end.
