Joe Upchurch, formally of Aston Lloyd and Insight Group Plc is at it again in Spain. He has been running a company called European Emirates Alliance selling a property based fund with as my lawyer put it, the worst badly written contract he had ever seen.

If that scum bag is due you money from fraud/ investments he can be found in Marbella again. His new office details can be found at www.europeanemiratesalliance.com

A very good source tells me he comes and goes daily, so if you do have a gripe want to have a quiet word. Pay him a visit for all the sucker who have been drawn into his scams and lost their money.

Maybe it's time for karma to kick his teath in.
