INFORMATION MANAGMENT FORUM INC Vacation Property Marketing ,License #TC3356, Charged my Credit Card without permission and will not refund!! Internet

Julie Catello called my home, a cold call, to tell me about their services. After a few days of discussion, she sent me two emails on December second. According to Julie, I needed to respond to the emails instruction before any charges would be made, however, she needed my credit card information before hand and asked to have permission to charge my credit card after the contract is activated.

I never "activated" the contract or gave permission for my credit card to be charged without activating the contract. I noticed the charges on my credit card on December 7th and sent multiple emails to her explaining I never activated the contract, no response emails have been sent. I have called several times asking for the charges to be reversed, each time I call I am told the person who does the work, Victoria Thomas, is not here right now, and that this is the first time they are hearing about any problem.

omg i just spoke to her about winning a trip!!! after hearing it all i said why do you need my visa number no i will not be giving it.. she got angry an hung up on me thank god. so i decided to look her up and this is what i have found. thank god :)

which area did she say she was from to you? mine was from orlando.. well so she said! never again will i answer a call to those advertisments that say i have won ANYTHING! GRRR

Wow. I have had dealings with Vacation Property Marketing in past couple of months but fortunately nothing of this sort. I actually contacted them and though it was a painstaking process, everything went well. I wasn't charged any up front fees and the customer service was commendable. They were definitely about the service without the scam. I wonder if there are other illegitimate companies with a similar name?

The Vacation Property Marketing that i did business with is a timeshare marketing company that helped me sell my timeshare. They also help people who want to rent out there time share weeks. They did a great job getting me a buyer. I had tried on my own for months before i finally tried there service. Wish i hadn't waited as long as i did.
