| Bill Delanoy with INET Team is a scammer, rip off artist, liar and bait and switch guy. Inet Team put an ad in the paper with the following: “Our offices are located in Santa Ana and Tustin. We have a sales position available … You will be receiving 100% inbound calls …This pays high commission and you get residual income …we have phenomenal training…” To start with, they only have one ugly run down office in Santa Ana, which was a pot dispensary. The old owners were “evicted” by the Feds. The office smells bad and looks like a garage sale. There is no office in Tustin. When you walk in the office, you see posters with breast and health screening. No sign of “INET TEAM” or business financing. Nothing. Mostly all of the offices are different color, and trash all over the place. Very unprofessional looking office. Then, Bill Delanoy hired us as managers, since we had better experience. No inbound calls were given what so even. That was the first bait and switch. Other less qualified candidates, he tried to convert them to telemarketers, but he didn’t want to pay them as they worked. Needless to say, everybody left. He asked us to recruit “sales agents” under us on our money, our ads, and we had to train them. He promised “override commission” on their sales. By the time those agents started selling, he kept changing the promised commission structure, and our override commission started disappearing. Sometimes “A” credit borrowers were graded as “E” so he would make more money and pay us less. Every promise on a commission kept changing to a lower dollar amount. Then, there was always a story how they need to verify everything 2 or 3 times, and he started paying less and less frequently. When you had say 4-5 deals, he paid on 1 or 2. Finally I decided to leave, because I’ve seen how he screwed me and others out of their commission, and how the direction of this office is headed in the wrong direction. Some of my agents are still out of their promised paycheck and I never received a full promised override check on their work. He promised a company email. Even after 2 months that was never given… He promised an extension on the company’s toll free number. Never given… He promised business cards. Never given… He promised 100% inbound leads. Never given, and he asked us to do our own marketing and prospecting… He promised an office. Never given... He promised good training. It was always the same old message mixed up with how he was a good old salesman with Kirby. Bunch of useless one liner “closing” nonsense. He wanted us to watch every day at 4pm, but he told the same old story all the time… He promised high commission. He kept changing the schedule as he saw it fit and often didn’t pay… I asked for an employment contract. Never given… Everything about what he said and did was a big lie. Bottom line: Bill Delanoy with INET TEAM promises the stars and the moon, but he delivers nothing. He lied, cheated me, my agents and other managers out of commission, and he never delivered on his promises. Merchants got overcharged for random charges that were not agreed. This is NOT a reputable company, and I suggest, if you want to get paid for your hard work, this is NOT the company to work for. Good luck! |
