INDIAN/PAKASTANI OVERSEAS COMPANY, GIVES NO NAME ONLY STATES THEY ARE INVESTIGATING CHECK FRAUD

IDENTITY THEFT FALSE ACCUSATIONS OF CHECK FRAUD

I have been receiving calls since last week from some Indian man, with background sounds of a call center.
This man accused me of check fraud and illegal acquistion of funds into my bank account, threatening to get me fired!..I knew I had done none of the above, so I told the person, they were crazy, and to stop calling me. This person had all my personal info, name, DOB, email address, but I knew I did not get any loans. This person keeps calling my job, and yesterday, I received an email from "allegedly" Bank of America in Charlotte, N.C., stating that some suspicious activity was happening in my bank account! I emailed this bank back, and told them I had no such account in Charlotte, N.C., and that I was going to forward their email to the F.B.I, and to date I have gotten no answer back. We, the American people need to get these people in front of a judge and prosecuted for harassing innocent people with false accusations! I have reported my case to the F.B.I., and now as I did some research, I see other Americans have experienced the same thing I have.
