Imperative Talent Management Scam me and mislead and lied to me Atlanta, Georgia

On March 2010 I was contract by Imperative Talent Management I met with a gentlemen by the name of Rick. At that particular time I specially told him I was looking to do some local modeling. I also stated that I was very interested in Catalog, Print and Advertising Modeling. He told me that my current picture's wasn't good enough and I needed to update my pictures. And he could guarantee me work and keep me busy with jobs. I believed him and sign a contact with this company. So April 2010 I pay Mr. Rick $700.00 via debit card. I had my photo shoot on April 23, 2010 with a gentleman by the name of Derek Blanks. The first two months when by and no job. I contact Mr. Rick again and complain to learn that all he could do was put my name in a database with 1000's other people. Mr. Rick promised me work and lied. I contact Mr. Michael who also work there he stated he could help me get work only to learn later that he was also lied. Over the past 4 months he would send me job interviews that had nothing to do with Catalog, Print or Advertising as I requested in the beginning. The jobs where for young models and out of town. Not for a old model such as myself and locally that I wanted. I still submitted my photos only to learn that no one never contact me back for a job. I contact Mr. Michael back again and complaint to him that they had taken my money and did not follow through with not one job and it had been 6 months. I threaten to turn this company in cause I had been scam. It's been 8 months now Mr. Michael took me off the mailing list so I can't received any more jobs opportunities. I am requesting my money back cause I was totally mislead and lied to by both of them. Mr. Rick and Mr. Michael are taking people money knowing that they are scamers.
