hdvl81 â€” Aberdeen Internet United Kingdom You are dealing with a company that has been taking unauthorized amounts of money off peoples' credit cards then after they complain give them back half the amount or wait close to three months then give it all back when the customer reports it on this site. Scream legal action or reporting it to the authorities and all of a sudden you get all your money back with your account cancelled. Is it really cancelled and has all your credit card information been deleted? When they give you back your money because they always do, close your credit card immediately. You still need to report this to your local authorities as FRAUD. What they are doing by taking real money from you(unauthorized) and giving you back virtual dollars that can be used only on their site, is effectively forcing you to spend money on their site which you didn't want to in the first place. Those are fraudulent practises, extortion and false advertising and sure looks like organized crime who have a good money laundering scheme going on. Simply taking real people's money and giving them fake money to spend but they have your real money. They have 415+ complaints against them on here from customers, Affiliates, Chat-hosts who all have been deceived and taken advantage of by Webpower Inc and their websites. Webpower Inc always states that they have refunded all the money and are dedicated to customer service but they never fix the overbilling of customers, the taking of charges that are unauthorized or their TOTAL misuse of the words "FREE" where charges are taken without the knowledge of the customers. Their chat-host also complain about refunds given without their knowledge of the reason or for the withdrawal from the payouts and 10% reserves being held from their earning again without balances or statements of account. Don't wait any longer, file a criminal charge in your country against them for FRAUD NOW. The customers need to stop this from continuing any longer as they have been doing this for many years. How many other customers, Chat-host, and Affiliates have been stolen from on a regular basis but didn't even know it or report it on here or even to authorites. These people are all crooks and need to be put in jail. You can start the ball rolling and others will follow. STOP THEM NOW.
