IBSN Inc Laxmi Palaypu No response by IBSN Inc, Misuse of Personal Details MOLINE, Illinois

Hi, My name is Sandeep M. For filing 2010 US return I came across IBSN through some website and after visiting IBSN website I thought I can file my Tax Return through IBSN. Then I created my account on IBSN. They called me multiple time and convinced me that IBSN is one of the best organization to file US tax return. They asked me to pay $410 for filing Federal + State tax return with seven years of error free representation. I paid them $410 on 2/22/2011. Initially they provided me good support and helped me file my Federal Taxes. After 4/10/2011, they suddenly stopped responding any query and all of their phone numbers became out of service. There was no clue if they have filed my Federal Taxes or not. I was bit lucky compared to other victims of IBSN, I got my Federal Return. I have also applied for ITIN of my spouse(W-7) along with my return. Now I have got ITIN of my spouse of my spouse and want to file my AZ state return. But there is still no response from IBSN. I have sent email to and "Misty Sass-Leach" , but there is no reply from them. I am not sure whether they have filed my state return or not? I doubt they might have misued my personal informatoin including my social, as there is no response from IBSN. I sent them several emails, called on their numbers hundreds of time, but still no response. How IBSN is going to represent any customer for seven years if they are not able to respond to customers. I think I am cheated by IBSN along with thousands of other customers. This is simply a fraud company but still no action is taken against this company. Please take strict action against this fraud company. Please let me know, I can share all the emails which I have sent to Laxmi Palaypu and Misty Sass-Leach and provide all possible support to take action against this fraud company.
