I answered an ad in Craigslist for a sales person that was placed by AmeriCleaningGreen.com. I was contacted by Rob Barnheiser and brought in for an interview. Although I was far over qualified for the position Barnheiser saw an unusual opportunity for his dreadfully pitiful operation to actually become a real company and I was hired. I reported to work and was promised a commission of 50% of the first months invoice of any sales I brought in. Though Barnheiser's company had been in business for 17 years it was smaller then the average industry mom and pop operation but Rob had no interest in learning anything about the industry I was prepared to share with him. He talked incessantly about himself, his hobbies, his sexual escapades and alleged conquests (though he was extremely effeminate in speech and manner plus had a male "friend" that not only frequented his office but had a key to it), his horrible marriage to a second wife that he wanted to divorce, a very long list of past professions that included pastor, fireman, skate board champion and martial arts expert, numerous degrees and fluency in 6 languages. It was apparent that he was a malignant narcissist seeking to impress me as he had others around him. I was not impressed and in less then a month I was able to secure a contract for the company that according to our agreement, paid me around $7,000. On the day the contract started I asked to be paid as agreed and he flew into a rage and told me that I would not be paid. I did a search on his name and found out he had cheated another sales person that worked for him in at his former company River City Mortgage and then lied to prevent him from filing for unemployment. Barnheiser is a crook who victimizes those that work for him cheating them out of money he promises to pay. After hearing him lie about his accomplishments, I would guess that there is a string of personal victims in his wake also. This is the pathology of psychopaths and narcissists.
