Hyper Auto Parts horrible customer service, lying, playing games tronto, Ontario

I have now checked out multiple websites with reviews on this company. Every review is bad, except the odd one that comes off as fishy. (Commenter joined same day, only comment on entire site, etc) Found the complaint on this site about the wrong product being shipped, and the second complaint about waiting for a shipment. So far only two reply comments both singing praises for this company. However if you take a minute to check any other site you'll find the trend is tons of complaints and a random praise. Be careful which side you believe. Personally, my husband and I ordered a pair of racing seats two months ago. We were aware that the website states shipping in business days, fine. However from the beginning the customer service has been horrible. Multiple emails sent to question when the seats will be shipped and for a tracking number. Half the emails were replied to with an automated response that someone will respond soon, and nothing more. The other half were not replied to at all. Multiple calls not answered no matter what time they were placed. The only call answered was on the 5th of December (a month after the order was placed). I gave my invoice number, the woman who answered came back with the wrong name. She looked it up again and said the seats would be shipped that same week and I would receive a tracking number within a few days. No contact since. Spent the last few days calling (including 3 hours of calling every 10 minutes today) and no answer... I haven't had it too bad, but take this experience and go read the experiences of people on any other review website and decide for yourself. Beware.
