| Hulu Plus is a COMPLETE scam. You can go to NBC, ABC, Fox, & CBS.com - even Hulu.com - and watch every show available on Hulu Plus without paying the $7.99 Hulu Plus charges. The ONLY difference - because Hulu Plus, after charging you, Still Requires that you watch Advertisements - is that Hulu Plus has older episodes of certain TV shows available for you to legally watch. So, unless you want to watch every episode of Family Guy - or whatever show - and are too lazy to drive to block buster or don't want to risk watching it free illegaly, subscribing to Hulu Plus is like paying them to be paid by advertisers. If Hulu plus stopped showing Ads then it wouldn't be a scam - until then Shame on Hulu for this blatant scam!! |

| My review isn't a complaint at all as I have only used the Hulu free service. I have no problem paying for the shows I watch and any option to cable or DSS is worth looking at. I've had DirecTV and currently have DishNetwork. Each of the two services claim more HD channels and/or better pricing. I find them both to be WAY over priced and misleading. With every other channel showing much of the same programming and frigging infomercials, I had rather watch the grass grow. Hulu (freeside) has provided me with an alternative to these scam artist. I can always watch what I want at the time I want to watch it. Is it perfect, well I don't know but my limited experience seems to draw me closer. |

They are opening themselves up for a class action suit, it is a bate and switch. On their site they list shows as free and not requiring Hulu Plus to watch, you add to your favorites, go to your TV and login, they force you to subscribe to watch the supposedly free shows that don't require Hulu Plus, claiming the content is not available on the type of media.
