Ladies and gentlemen, i have ordered something on this website: http://www.pcgamesupply.com.
They have a game that i was willing to buy. Y have create an account, i have filled my credit card info, they charged my with 59.99 $... and on my order history it says "cancelled reversed".
However, i have been charged because i have received an "SMS" from the bank saying that.
I need help on how i suppose to get my money back...
I would like to mention that i live and work in Qatar, but i am from Romania....
Avoid this crap, cheap and dirty, scam website www.pcgamesupply.com when you try to buy games on-line.... |

Which has happened to me in 4 orders out of 7.
I just reordered when it happened to me the first time.
Not checking weather if the amount has actually been reversed.
If you had an experience of getting an order cancelled you will know, PCgamesupply will NEVER TELL WHY.
My last three orders have been cancelled with no proper reason.
The first one got cancelled I place an another one immediately it to got cancelled too.
I was told i I reached over limit, because I ordered 2 cards! Below $100
Tried in a week, as suggested by customer service as a response to the cancellation of my two orders.
Tried, got rejected.
But the thing is my bank has charged me for all the three orders. When told the order was rejected, they say it has been approved with no problem and have given me the auth codes.
When I ask PC game supply for simply just a mail confirming I have not received the products as it was cancelled.
NO RESPONSE, what do you want me to think?

HEY THIS WEBSITE IS SCAM I HAVE MADE 2 ORDERS
BOTH OF THEM CANCELLED... one was 40 dollars for Star Wars Old Republic Online just now
The other one was back in January 2012
They send you automated messages and automated customer support... there is clearly no interaction
I have just lost 80 dollars.
When you complain that the order has been cancelled... there are no more replys...
CAnt we send this to Interpol or something...
There alot of people in http://www.ripoffreport.com that also have been ripped off

Greetings,
First i would like to state that Nelson did not lose "80 bucks" when he only attempted a fraction of that. I am not a computer, nor do i type automated messages. It may appears that way as i type many of these everyday, and generally this covers the exact issue being experienced.
We work off of a system of pre-authorized payments. When an order is placed the money is moved from the original source to a held/pending status. If an order is approved the money is moved from this status to completed and sent to us, however if the order is cancelled the status is cancelled and money is returned to the original source.
Unfortunately being an online company security against fraud is a very major concern. As it used to stand we used to provide full information. However due to this being used to commit more sophisticated fraud we no longer can provide this information due to security concerns.
If for whatever reason your bank does not complete voiding the funds within those 3-5 business days you are provided you simply need to contact us. One of the management staff will look into the issue and see if the issue is on our side or yours. If its our bank we will force the void.

| Still with the same crap, said I'd give this site a try, never again, order for PSN card was cancelled/reversed immediatly and I could no longer log into my account, 3 weeks later funds have not been returned, support wont answer, just automated crap. Dont understand how the other sites I've used )which have the same fraud concerns are so reliable as opposed to this shitty company) AVOID @ ALL COSTS!! and to Kevin, sort your shitty business out or pack it in to everyone else just google this rip-off company and see the number of complaints online. |
