I ordered three trees from this place and wasn't worried since I was a return customer. They arrived in a timely fashion and two of the three trees were just as described and I was happy. The third tree that was advertised as 5 to 7 ft with the root ball was not even 4 ft tall. I emailed and got a response back that a minimum of 4 ft was acceptable. I responded that the site page I ordered from said 5 to 7 ft. They countered again with it is acceptable and that it would grow quickly. I wasn't sure what growing quickly had to do with anything and sent an email that for $99.00 dollars, it should be between 5 to 7ft as advertised. They responded that I should send a picture. I sent a picture showing a height of 34 inches when in the ground and was STUNNED when customer service responded that the pictures showed an acceptable "tree". I even sent a link to their own page that showed the hight advertised as 5 to 7ft. The response was that they must have updated the site! What took it over the top to me was that I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company am a return customer and bought three trees and had problems with one and they clearly didn't care the least little bit that I felt cheated (was cheated). I even offered to buy another one at a discounted price so that they wouldn't lose money. And it was a no way, no how, and not even a thank you for your business. My recommendation is that they are too risky to order from. While I had some good experiences the customer service is nil and there is no desire to work though dissatisfaction or their errors in shipping even from returning customers. They say they keep the industry standard but I've ordered from other nurseries and have never been treated like this from anyone. Very, very poor business practice and I have since done searches and they have many similar complaints from many different people. Bottom line...DO NOT buy from this company, they don't care about their customers and have false advertising.
