I placed an order with HORSELOVERZ.com on November 25th. They were great deals. But none of them mentionned it would be when the chickens have teeth that you would receive your purchase. I emailed them to get a status and no reply. I have gone to their facebook and posted my complaint, and they told me to call them. So I did. The gal said that what I bought was coming from a liquidation store that was closing and they were waiting for them to ship the items to them then she would ship to me. She said she would upgrade my shipping, and once they have the items they would get to me in 3-5 days. What kind of upgrade is that? UPS takes two days ground from PA to MI. Now that we are getting closer to xmas, I am afraid it will be delivered in 2012. I was so excited to get the items I ordered for my new horse. I can't ride because I need the bit and bridle I ordered 2 weeks ago. That is not right. That is bad customer service and false advertisement. They took my money before they had the parts in shipping. RIPP OFF I call it. I will not order from them ever again. I have faster shipping with . Still waiting...
