We needed our floors carpets cleaned, and had another company who would do the work.

We were promised inexpensive service, and that our schedule mattered to them, and they would work with it.

On the Day (Thursday) we were due for our clean, we called and we were told by the business that they would be here between 12PM and 3PM.(I needed to be gone by 4PM)

Of course, they never showed up so I called and I was told they are running five minutes late and will be there in 10 minutes. At 3:15 my wife received a call saying they were on there way.

At 3:35 there was still no sign of them. I called in to speak to a manager, was put on hold and was told the manager will only be in on Monday again.

The part that got me was the smugness of the technician, and the lady I spoke to. I told them to cancel the service, and I will be pursuing this matter further.

I wasted three and a half hours, that could of been put to work, working so we could have a solid foundation for our marriage.

After reading page after page of other complaints, I'm glad they actually never showed!
