This is one of the worst online experiences I have ever had and I order online a lot. I have tried to contact them with emails and phone calls but no one has responded once! I ordered a video game from them and the status of the item was 'open' for like a week. I sent them 3 emails asking to tell me if they have the product in stock and when it will be shipped because the purchase was time sensitive. I kept waiting with no response and no status change on the site. So I went to the online account and cancelled the item and emailed them twice saying to cancel the item and not charge my card because of their lack of response and me not knowing when this product would arrive. Three days after that I receive an email saying the product has been shipped and now I have sent two more emails trying to reach them but still no response.

I had a problem with deepdiscount.com the same as you. I ordered a DVD and even paid extra money to have it shipped to me as it was also time sensitive but it didn't arrive it time. So when the DVD did come, I opened the box and took the return label and told them I wanted a refund back to my paypal acct. I sent it back on Jan 4th 2011. I waited for 3 wks and no refund. So I called them and they told me they didn't recieve the DVD yet. So I waited for another wk and called again and they told me the same thing. I told them I live in IND and I know you have got that DVD back. I said I have the postal receipt where I mailed it to you. So they asked for a copy of that, I did and mailed it out and then got an email stating they got my DVD and would refund my money. Then on Feb 11th I got a call from a Audrey at DeepDiscount.com stating a refund had been issued to my paypal acct. I went to my paypal acct and NOPE, NO refund from them. I was livid. This went on back and forth for 2 flipping months. They telling me that they refunded my money, paypal had it and I had to get it from them. So I called Paypal, spoke to a Michelle who is a dispute specialist and she told me what I all ready knew, they had not refunded me the money. She stated she would email them.
Finally after me called and speaking to a supervisor at DeepDiscount.com and her flat out telling me I was not getting my money back, I hung up and got online to the attorney general's office in ILL. I filed a complaint with their office about 10 days ago and I'm happy to report I got my refund today from DeepDiscount.com into my paypal acct. I also recieved a card today in the mail from the attorney general's office !! HUMMMMMM!!!
You should go online and google their office or call the attorney general's hotline for consumer fraud in the state of IL that number is: 800-386-5439
Don't give up, get the attorney general a call and believe me you will get your money back. They are running a scam over there and I will never do business with them again.
