This man Mark hessein, is a disgusting low life scam artist who needs to be caught and took away from his business. His occupation is to sell cars. What he does is find you a car that looks nice on the outside and drives good, but to my suprise it is only fixed t drive good for a certain time, everything seems to fall apart after a while. He makes it seem as if hes doing you a good job, but he's not. He is sweet talking you into getting a car. This man has no morals. He sold me a recalled car with about 26 recalls, he did the paperwork incorrectly, and he told me to give him the money to transfer my tag. I have this unprofessional scum bag $280 to do my tag and I drove off the lot with my hard plate. About 4 days later I got into an accident with a truck. I was going about 45mph and when the accident occured the airbags did not come out (one of my recalls on my car) which I'm sure he knew about. The cops that arrived at the scene of my accident asked me how fast I was going also I told him 45 and they said whats wrong with the airbags they should have came out, and they didn't. That is when I find out that my hard tag wasnt registered so i recieved a ticket and a court date. My car was also towed and I had to get it out the next day for $240.88 because of him. I then called him and explained what happened he got silent and tried to figure something out, then the other man that worked with him gave me a paper tag. When the paper tag expired I asked if my tag was ready it wasn't, i recieved another paper tag. That tag expired he just seems clueless now so when they attempted to print me another tag it gave him an error code. Come to find out he has never registered the car to a florida title, it still has a Georgia title. That is probably why he has not given me the title. My car has a recall that included fatalities. I feel this man sold me this death trap because he was just that poor and money hungry. If you happen to come across this man turn the other way. Do not buy anything he is selling he will ultimatly leave you screwed. I am now riding around with a paper tag that expired a week ago while he is still clueless on what to do next.
