This company charges you a fee (for 3months of service). So that you may view their rental listings. They will show you a little information, but if you want more than you have to sign up. There are many companies that don't charge. This is the only company that i've seen charge. I mentioned their name to my manager because I was thinking about signing up and she told me her story: She tried it and most of the places were unavailable and already rented, etc... I saw an ad in the newspaper and when I asked the owners a question about it that was contradicting to what I thought their ad said, they said it was probably because of a company called rentkwik that got a hold of their ad from the newspaper and then he said that they kind of "guess" at information. So if you're really lazy and don't want to read the newspaper or maybe even drive around for a little while then this may be the place for you. And there is a section for landlords on this website, the service is free for them, rentkwik will also place their ad in the paper at no cost to them... that's because we are the ones paying. They also told me that the reason they charge the fee, is because it takes alot of manpower to go out and find these places to rent. ha! Melissa
