Homeowners Beware! They will beg either your realtor or yourself to use your home as a means for them to make money from renters they place in your home. The contract I signed with them gave me NO CONTROL OF MY OWN HOME! None! I'm now forced to retain legal counsel. There are so many unethical business practices, it has left me to start not only a demand letter from my attorney but we are pursuing other things that I cannot discuss until later. Which I will report back.

Til then, make the wise decision to stay away from businesses such as these. They are very hostile people. Employees even leave due to their business practice.

These accusations are complete and utter lies. All these posting are by the same psycho family that had to evicted from one of our properties for non payment of their fees. This is their m.o. It was an embarrassing situation for them to have all their property put out on the street by the sheriff's dept. All due to their own doing. They have sworn to do all they can to ruin our reputation, which if you do your true due dilligence you will find just the opposite of what these rants are. It is a shame in this day and age of the internet, anyone can post anything, true or not about anyone with no conscience or proof. Sour grapes can go way too far. People do not take responsibility for their own actions and this is a very sad state of affiars in this economy.
Hometenders of America has pages and pages of testimonies from Homeowners, Realtors and Hometenders alike. It is too bad that good things are never reported, but one hateful family can rant and rave on the internet as that is their only defense.
If you have any concerns please do your own due dillegence and call us and we can give you pages and pages of referrals.
We hope that after time, these folks find another focus as we know they will. This is how people like this get through life...denying their own shortcomings, being the constant victim and trying to ruin the reputations of good people.
