I could list a lot of reasons to never trust this company or their networks. But the main point is they will promise the world and never deliver. We signed up to get a guaranteed number of qualified web traffic to our home renovation company. We have a lot of dealers and qualified leads are hard to come by affordably. The promised about 20 cents a lead. They got us with a guaranteed traffic amount or they would keep us up on their website until they got it. Well zero a month is going to take a long time to get to our promise of 2000 a month. Of course they lock you in for 3 months of nothing. They also bundle in some other “great stuff.†Understandably we tried to cancel calling and emailing over about a month and a half. When the sales rep Mark Miotto and his boss Clinton would never take our calls or return them. We finally called around to different people in the company to try and get through to someone. We did find people but everyone was no help at all. The only way to get through is to dial a random 3 digit extension and find someone who answers or to go to sales before they know your number. Then they never answer. Give it a try to complain to Mark in sales: Toll Free: 1-866-620-7499 ext. 708. Once again understandably we finally settled on contesting the charges through our credit card company. Now in their defense they completely changed their entire website 2 weeks after we signed up. But I had no clue this was coming and in the end they turned their entire website into cubby holes that list business geo targeted. Just take a look at their website. I don’t know if that is the reason they could not deliver on traffic but I would have never signed up seeing the site as it is now. Either way they will take your money and your time and you will be regretful. Don’t do it. At least check their references. We didn’t. I wanted to leave my email so you could ask any questions to me directly but rippoffreport will not let me. Best wishes. |

We've had an even worse experience with the same people and in exactly the same manner. I our case we cancelled after their site changed and click traffic vanished but they continue to charge us every month. Mark Miotto acknowledged our cancellation after the 1st month and teld us he'd requested we be credited but this has not happened despite several emails and reassurances from HRG. |

Wow, I just dealt with the same crap. 3, 000 "forecasted impressions" I got like 10? Total waste and scam in my opinion.
Mark offered a refund Ill follow up if he actually processes it. If not tomorrow I will be doing a charge back. |
