Hector Rodriguez PB Distribution Online will steal from you. Lexington, South Carolina |

PB Distribution Online website looks legitimate, but it is not. It is legitimate to the thieves, but not the consumer. It's simply a gateway to get your money. Links from well known companies at the bottom of their webpage are simply jpegs with no function. You cannot click on the links with the exception of one. I ordered software and noticed their response by email was corrupt when it read that the software can be downloaded within 24-48 hours. I copied and pasted the key to download the software and nothing happened. First clue that something was wrong. When I couldn't download the software immediately when I purchased it, I knew something was seriously wrong. None of the instructions worked in their email to download. Their customer service is a recording informing the consumer that all lines are bz. The link to open the software takes you to webpage not connected to these thieves. I did call my bank immediately to alert them of this scam. After three days, the payment to them is still pending. My bank has instructed me as to what to do after payment goes through. After carefully reviewing the scammers email, I noticed how unprofessional it really did look. |

I got Office 2010 from them and it installed 3 times.. However, When I needed to re-install it, it was an invalid key. Microsoft said its a developers key and is blocked. People like this should be taken out and shot point blank. |

My Office 2010 also worked 3 times. However, I later purchased Professinal Plus and it doesn't work at all. Live chat never works, phone calls always say they are busy, and emails go unreturned. Clearly fraudulent! I was lucky the first time. |

I bought a Windows 7 download. The link they sent does not download correctly and is incomplete. No one is available to answer the customer support line, either on the phone or on the supposedly available 24/7 Live Chat. The phone number listed on Pay Pal's site is out of service and their company, which is called Technology World on Pay Pal, is "unverified". Clearly this organization is a scam!! |
